Job Title : Marketing Associate

Location : Delhi ; Hybrid working arrangement

Job Description :

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities :

Content Creation : Assist in the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and website content.
Social Media Management : Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), including content scheduling, community engagement, and influencer outreach.
Email Marketing : Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting compelling copy, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting : Track and analyze key marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product manufacturing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Event Support : Provide logistical support for marketing events, trade shows, and promotions as needed.
Team Co-ordination - Maintain smooth workflow and tracking of all work being done by various freelancers for the company.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.

Should be familiar with Shopify..

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
