Designation : Founder's Office - Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven individual to join us full-time as part of the Founder's Office , working directly with our Chief Business Officer (CBO). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the responsibilities of a founder while contributing meaningfully to business growth and strategic initiatives.
As a generalist, you will work across a wide range of projects, with a strong focus on business development and sales . You'll be deeply involved in driving revenue opportunities, building relationships, and supporting strategic decisions that impact the organization's growth. The role requires adaptability, ownership, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CBO to drive business development and sales initiatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads
- Support end-to-end sales cycles – from outreach and pitch preparation to closure and account management
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business collateral for clients and partners
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, operations) to ensure alignment on client requirements and deliverables
- Take ownership of strategic projects and operational tasks as assigned by the CBO
- Continuously learn and adapt, contributing ideas to improve business processes and outcomes
