Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the Quality team is dedicated to implementing a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way.

This role is contributing to the Smart power Business and the role reports to Manufacturing Quality Manager and is in Nelamangala, Bangalore, India as a Quality Specialist / Test Engineering Supervisor, will support production processes to ensure optimization of cost, quality and on time delivery of products.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Safety & Quality Management - Assess risks, ensure safety compliance, and maintain conformance with all quality and production standards.
• Team Leadership & Resource Planning - Act as the first contact for production teams, manage resources, schedules, and training to ensure smooth operations.
• Technical & Process Support - Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and service teams for validation, technical updates, and quality-related activities.
• Customer & Continuous Improvement - Support customer issue resolution, participate in factory acceptance tests, and assist in process improvements for operational excellence.
