Job Summary :

BSS Microfinance Limited, a subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank, is seeking a qualified Assistant Zonal Manager Collections to oversee collection operations in the Tamil Nadu zone. This is a full-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day collection activities, leading the collections team, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance collection efficiency. The role requires a strong leader with experience in microfinance or banking who can ensure compliance, manage data, and resolve escalated issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the collections team within the assigned zone.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and meet business targets.
• Manage, lead, and motivate the collections team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Regularly monitor and report on collection activities, providing insights and updates to senior management.
• Act as a key liaison with branch managers and other internal stakeholders to streamline collection processes.
• Proactively resolve escalated customer issues and complaints related to collections, ensuring customer satisfaction.
