This role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of insurance policies, ensuring operational accuracy, and supporting underwriters through efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end policy administration activities for North America Commercial Insurance business.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous entry, validation, and cleansing.
• Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal service-level agreements.
• Generate reports and track KPIs to monitor business performance.
