    5 Days WFO - M.G. Road, Bangalore

    2 PM to 11 PM IST

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and operations projects across End User Computing, Network, Windows, Linux, and VMware environments.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, expectation management, and service excellence.
    • Drive delivery governance, tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, NOC / SOC, Service Desk, Security, Cloud, etc.) for successful delivery outcomes.
    • Implement ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management.
    • Oversee infrastructure upgrades, patching, migrations, and capacity planning to ensure high availability and scalability.
    • Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
    • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and leadership to delivery teams.
    • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers for hardware, software, and network services.
    • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and optimization initiatives across IT operations.
    • Technical Requirements :

    • Deep experience in Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Patch Management).
    • Strong background in Active Directory migrations, identity management, and hybrid integrations with Azure AD.
    • Expertise in device lifecycle management, desktop virtualization, application packaging / distribution, MDM (Intune, Workspace ONE).
    • Proven experience in VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and Horizon View deployments.
    • Expertise in virtualization, high availability, disaster recovery (SRM), and capacity optimization.
    • Expertise in Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or SUSE environments.
    • Strong skills in system administration, automation (Ansible, Bash / Shell scripting), and performance tuning.
    • Hands-on knowledge of LAN / WAN, VPNs, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and SD-WAN technologies.
    • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent enterprise-grade network solutions.
    • Strong understanding of network security, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
    • Strong experience in IT support models, user experience improvement, and EUC security.
    • Strong knowledge and practical implementation of ITIL V3 / V4 processes.
    • Experience in Service Transition, Service Operations, Problem / Change / Incident Management, and Continual Service Improvement.
