Role Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Software Sales Specialist to join our Retail Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail technology, including SaaS-based ERP and POS software, and a proven ability to drive sales across enterprise retail organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.

1. Proven experience in retail industry sales, with deep understanding of the retail domain.
2. Strong background in SaaS-based product sales, particularly ERP and POS software.
3. Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation activities.
4. Full lifecycle sales experience — from initial contact to deal closure.
5. Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.
6. Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
7. Adept at building strong relationships, internally and externally, with a focus on influencing CXO-level decision makers.
8. Highly organized and capable of prioritizing tasks for effective follow-up and pipeline management.
9. Self-motivated, ambitious, and a quick learner with a growth mindset.
10. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
