Role Description :
- The Sales and Account Management role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers to promote the company's products (Probe42 Banking)
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsibilities :
Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targetsIdentifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clientsMaintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and requirements, and offering solutions that meet those needsConducting presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospective customersCoordinating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfactionPreparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to managementNegotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partnersMaintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products, industry trends, and competitorsSkills :
Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of CRM software and sales processesDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targetsFlexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if requiredQualifications and Experience :
