Job Description - SAP Lead Consultant
Objective :
To coordinate SAP routine support, ensure SAP transition readiness, and conduct a series of workshops for internal stakeholders to enhance understanding and hands-on experience with the new system.
Experience : 10 + Years
Location : Delhi
Budget : 18 - 20 LPA
Joining : Immediate - 15 days
Key Deliverables :
- Routine SAP Support Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison for day-to-day SAP support activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests across SAP modules.
- SAP Business Suite Readiness
- Assess current ECC environment and prepare for migration to S / 4 Hana.
- Validate system configurations and readiness for new functionalities.
- Stakeholder Workshops
- Design and deliver workshops for internal teams on SAP processes and new system capabilities.
- Provide hands-on training sessions for key users to ensure smooth adoption.
Responsibilities :
Delivery & OptimizationLead delivery and manage support operations.Drive continuous optimization of SAP systems aligned with business needs.Strategic AlignmentAlign SAP with business processes across verticals for digital transformation and scalability.Act as a strategic link between business stakeholders and SAP partners.Migration & IntegrationSupport migration from ECC to S / 4 Hana.Handle non-SAP integrations (governance tools, analytics, etc.).Solution Design & ValidationValidate and prioritize business requirements.Translate requirements into SAP solutions and oversee project planning.Process ImprovementsIntroduce process improvements and ensure testing requirements are met.Facilitate IT audits and compliance management for SAP landscape.Module Expertise :
Lead SAP modules : FI, CO, FM, TRM, PS, MM, SD, DMS, BPC, Basis & GRC.Core expertise in FI-CO, (good to have TRM experience)
