Job descriptionEnsuring all statutory and regulatory HR compliance requirements are met, Preparing and maintaining statutory registers, returns, and challans Conduct audits and investigations and prepare the required documents. Addressing and resolving queries from candidates and hiring leaders regarding Graduate degree in any discipline. 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance, Employment / Labour Laws, with a strong focus on statutory compliance. Thorough knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance including PF, EPS, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable Acts. Ability to independently prepare and manage statutory returns, challans, and Ability to conduct audits and investigations. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities-

Labour Laws.
