Educational Background :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

Job Functions / Responsibilities :

Represent Quality Assurance on cross-functional project team, with responsibility for quality planning including test planning and execution

Maintain test plans and test cases so they remain up-to-date, reflecting current requirements

Plan and test cycles (UAT, performance, integration, regression, etc.) in Agile environment

Maintain DevOps test cases and activities

Manage defect triage process

Communicate directly with Development team regarding software defects and requirements

Follow established process for defect tracking and reporting, including logging defects in a detailed and reproducible way

Establish and maintain productive relationships with developers, project managers and other team members

Compile and communicate test status and metrics to the project team and management

Provide coaching on testing processes and defect reporting to team members to support test activities

Maintain documentation on automation set up / test cases / processes

Qualifications :

5+ years of IT Quality / Tester related experience required.

Thorough understanding of software quality assurance and quality control techniques and software development lifecycles (SDLC), Test Automation Frameworks & Various Test Methodologies.

Knowledgeable and hands on in automation tools and frameworks : HP UFT, Selenium, Visual StudioCodedUI, SoapUI, NUnit / MSUnit, Certify

Knowledgeable and hands on in performance testing tools : HP Performance Center, Visual StudioWeb / Load Tests, performance counters

3-5+ years experience with UIPath

Knowledgeable in VBScript, C#, or Java

Understanding of testing web services : SOAP, REST, Postman

Able to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence decisions

A working knowledge of programing languages, database design, and Program Management skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Demonstrated creative and analytical problem solving and decision making skills

Proficient with all MS Office tools, including Visio and Project

Maintain a high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines

Preferred Salesforce test experience
