Lead Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities :
- Creative Collaboration : Work with product marketing teams to brainstorm and produce high-quality artwork across digital and print formats.
- Execution : Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, delivering high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.
- Concept Development : Plan and develop creative concepts by studying brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors.
- Project Management : Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing necessary approvals for deliverables.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and partner school guidelines.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.Proficient in online and print design tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo.Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.Experience integrating AI into daily design work is highly desirable.Capable of working efficiently in a cross-functional environment incorporating feedback from analytical and marketing team members.Fluent in English with strong conversational skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.This role is suitable for experienced designers interested in leveraging AI in creative design.
