Production Chemist

Location : Ghatkesar, Hyderabad

Qualification : M.Sc. Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Pharmacy

Experience : 0–2 years (vaccine industry preferred)

Department : Vaccine Bulk Production

Role Overview : We are looking for a Production Chemist to support day-to-day manufacturing operations in the Bulk Production department, ensuring GMP compliance, proper documentation, and smooth execution of processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Monitor basic environmental parameters (temperature, RH, differential pressure).
• Prepare solutions, materials, and equipment required for manufacturing.
• Support execution of routine production processes as per approved SOPs and BMRs.
• Perform in-process checks and record data accurately.
• Ensure timely documentation and logbook updates.
• Follow GMP, safety practices, and departmental guidelines.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and other teams for daily activities.
• Assist in training workers on basic procedures and hygiene practices.
• Support handling of change controls, deviations, and other QMS activities.
