- Strong executive presence and communication skills ability to engage and inspire senior client executives and stakeholders.
- Lead and drive complex cross-functional teams towards clear efficient and accountable decision making and customer value delivery.
- Drive discovery research and analysis to identify business objectives goals KPIs to help define use cases around digital marketing.
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research analysing data developing hypotheses and synthesising recommendations.
- Synthesize client findings into presentations of strategic narratives and conclusions appropriate for all levels of client leadership.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce value frameworks and revenue driving insights that positively impact and move a clients business forward.
- Lead strategy workshops and employ digital benchmarking capabilities industry trends customer-journey mapping value readiness and mapping organizational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations.
- Provide strong organisational visions and design people process and technology to help customers align their teams toward strategy and value. Recommend and lead roadmaps and component programs.
- Aid building the Digital Performance Strategy practice by chipping in to create methodologies and contribute in cross training and mentoring team members.
Mandatory skills
8 years of relevant experience working in digital marketing domain or related field with a strong business and strategy focus.Experience in crafting digital or marketing strategies along with an understanding of the technologies and tactics needed to operationalize them.Experience with cloud or analytics target audience manager campaign including a good grasp of the use cases they fulfill and the features & capabilities they provide to execute on those.Demonstrable depth of industry expertise in at least one core vertical (e.g. retail travel financial services media & entertainment) ideally multiple.Exceptional organizational presentation and communication skills- both verbal and written.Must be self-motivated responsive professional and dedicated to customer success.Build strong working relationships and close collaboration with rest of team in maintaining the highest level of professionalism.Demonstrated ability to learn quickly drive initiatives and manage change effectively.MBA or equivalent advanced degree.Desired skills
