Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Manage online marketplaces, company website, and digital sales channels.
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
- Implement strategies for inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Optimize website and platform user experience to increase conversion rates.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and technology advancements.
- Manage and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve departmental goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.3–8 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online sales.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart).Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Skills Required
