Integration GBS Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Architect to influence and support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade integrations between SAP systems and our cloud-native applications. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, web services, REST APIs, and DevOps best practices to support the development of scalable, reliable solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect, design, and assist the implementation of integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors).
• Develop Architecture patterns and Points of View for Java / Spring Boot microservices, web services, and RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Define and enforce API standards, security policies, and versioning strategies.
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, and DevOps methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Security, QA) to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance and scalability.
• Document architecture, data models, interface specs, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor junior engineers and evangelize best practices in integration architecture and DevOps.
