Analyst - Generative AI Governance - Risk

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance validation methodologies and governance frameworks aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
• Validate foundation models, Generative AI solutions, fine-tuning techniques, and prompt engineering approaches.
• Implement ongoing monitoring for deployed AI systems and track performance deviations.
• Assess risks associated with hallucinations, bias, toxicity, adversarial threats, model drift, and ethical or compliance concerns.
• Investigate model performance issues and recommend remediation actions.
• Prepare executive-level reports and risk summaries for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate risk controls into MLops / LLMops environments.
