job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Time Management to design, implement, and support complex business processes and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in :

Work schedule definition, shift roster configuration, and time constraints management

Handling Absence / Attendance (paid & unpaid) and Absence Valuation Process

Time Evaluation and Benefits configuration

Time Schema & PCR (Standard and Custom) – scenario-based implementations

CATS, Overtime, and Shift Management scenarios

Time Interface management (Clock-in / out systems) and integration with Payroll & cross-functional modules (PS / MM / PP)

Personnel Administration (PA) : managing employee lifecycle data

Organizational Management (OM) : structuring hierarchies, positions, and reporting lines

Payroll configuration and integration

ESS / MSS implementation and workflow support

Mandatory Skills :

Strong experience (8–10 Years) in SAP Time Management

Expertise in both Positive & Negative Time Management (2 Implementation & 4 Support Projects)

Strong knowledge of Standard SAP Time Management functionality & configuration

Hands-on experience with Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Attendance & Absence management

Expert in Time Management Schema & PCR (Standard & Custom)

Proven experience integrating SAP Time Management with Payroll

Exposure to complex Time Management enhancements

Integration with FIORI (Timesheet, Leaves, Workflow)

Integration with third-party tools for Clock-in / Clock-out data
