About the Projec t

We’re setting up a new fast-dining Indian restaurant — a vibrant, functional 40-60 seater space in Bengaluru.

The total area is around 1000 sq ft, with a 60-day fit-out timeline.

The project emphasizes smart spatial design, brand-driven aesthetics, and cost-efficiency. Execution support can be handled internally — we primarily need strong design direction, layout, and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the interior layout plan for guest seating, service, and kitchen interfaces.

Create concept boards, color palettes, and material selections aligned with the Kulcha & Co brand language.

Provide 2D and / or 3D renders for key zones (counter, dining area, façade, etc.).

Prepare basic BOQ and finish schedule (tiles, paint, lighting, furniture).

Make occasional site visits (as required) during fit-out to ensure design intent is maintained.

• Layout plan and zoning proposal
• Concept & material board
• 3D visualization of key zones
• BOQ + vendor / furniture list
• Site coordination (2–3 visits)
