Role Description

This is a full-time remote (Work From Home)

position for an

Australian Migration Assistant (Lawyer)

The role involves providing both lodgement

and administrative support

for Australian migration processes. You will assist a

Registered Migration Agent (RMA)

in preparing and managing visa cases, ensuring all documentation and submissions are accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities include :

Assisting in the preparation and lodgment of visa applications (482, 407, 186, 189, 190, 491, and others)

Conducting research on migration laws, regulations, and policy updates

Drafting submissions and client communications under supervision

Managing case files, timelines, and document tracking

Supporting the RMA in day-to-day case management and client handling

This role is ideal for someone with legal or migration background who wants to gain hands-on experience in Australian immigration work, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
