Data Migration Specialist-Veeva Vault RIMS

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience , with deep expertise in Veeva RIM and proven experience in the Life Sciences domain. You will lead data remediation and migration activities and guide business teams on best practices to ensure a smooth and efficient migration to Veeva using the migration-center.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert knowledge of Veeva RIM object models , data structures, joins, and dependencies.

Advise stakeholders on best practices for data structures, remediation, and migration readiness .

Partner with technical teams to review data extracts, conduct business validation , and resolve data issues.

Identify and address data gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies before migration.

Define required fields and columns for Veeva imports.

Prepare and maintain Excel-based remediation sheets using advanced formulas for data transformation and validation.

Generate and execute Veeva loader sheets , troubleshoot errors, and support end-to-end data loading.

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and quality throughout the migration.

Support labeling and broader RIM-related activities as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive hands-on experience with Veeva RIM , including object models and loader sheets.

Strong background in Life Sciences regulatory data management .

Excellent Excel skills (formulas, validation, forms).

Strong analytical ability to query, interpret, and validate data .

Excellent communication skills to work with both business and technical teams.

Proven experience in data remediation and stewardship in regulatory contexts.

Familiarity with migration-center or similar tools is an advantage.

Knowledge of labeling and RIM processes is beneficial.

Senior or consultant-level experience on similar projects is required.
