Position : International Business development ManagerEuropean & US Market experience must with Medical Communications background.Location : BangaloreWe are predominantly looking for the International Business Development Manager for Medical communication with Life sciences background only; you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities both domestically and internationally. This is a senior leadership role, requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in international business development.Qualifications and Skills : Minimum of 7 to10 years of experience in international business development European or US market experience must with Medical Communications or life sciences background.Proven track record of successfully closing large deals and driving business growthStrong understanding of global markets, industry trends, and regulatory frameworksExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentWillingness to travel internationally as requiredRoles and Responsibilities : Identify and evaluate potential markets and business opportunities both domestically and internationallyDevelop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's international presenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersLead negotiations and discussions with potential clients and business partnersStay updated with global market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact international businessWork closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clientsPrepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clientsMonitor and analyze performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
