Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales operations, assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote and sell available products in the Upshop
• Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and well-stocked
• Maintain accurate sales and billing records
• Coordinate with the accounts and inventory teams for stock updates
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall shop performance.

Requirements

Experience :   Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales

Position Type :   Full-time, permanent

Salary :   Skill and commensurate with experience
