Position : Project Manager – Healthcare RCM Services & SaaS

Location : Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Shift : Night shift (IST), U.S. Daytime Hours (CST overlap)

Department : Customer Success

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to bring structure, visibility, and coordination across multiple teams involved in delivering healthcare RCM services and SaaS solutions. This role is central to ensuring projects move efficiently from implementation to steady-state operations, while maintaining alignment across Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams.

The Project Manager will serve as a connective layer between departments—driving project management discipline, supporting client transitions, validating operational readiness, and maintaining transparency on timelines, metrics, and deliverables. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and experienced in managing cross-functional initiatives within healthcare or SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management : Drive structured delivery across multiple initiatives; establish consistent tracking, documentation, and accountability for key milestones, dependencies, and risks.

Customer Success Enablement : Keep Customer Success teams aligned on timelines, deliverables, and objectives by providing structured updates, reporting, and analytics for leadership visibility, while also coordinating product training and internal knowledge sharing to ensure consistent execution and engagement.

Operational Oversight : Maintain internal transparency through scheduling, reporting, managing support tickets, access requests, and post-mortem coordination.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the bridge between Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to align timelines, processes, and communication.

Process Improvement : Identify operational gaps, streamline repetitive tasks, and enhance efficiency through better documentation and governance.

SaaS Platform Optimization : Partner with client operations teams to optimize platform performance by building and refining queues, workflows, and payer automations, ensuring configurations align with business needs and drive efficiency across the patient access process.

Qualifications & Experience

3-5 years of experience in project or program management within U.S. healthcare RCM or SaaS delivery.

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to track performance metrics and drive operational excellence.

Healthcare RCM background preferred, particularly in Patient Access workflows (Eligibility, Prior Authorization, etc.)

SaaS experience and understanding of software delivery lifecycles (preferred).

Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Outlook, Notion, and Confluence.

Ability to work U.S. business hours (8 AM–6 PM CST).

Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel to nearby offices as needed.
