Job Description – M&A Associate (Oil & Gas)

2–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas
Professional Qualification
CA / CFA / MBA from a reputed institute
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research and analysis across Oil & Gas segments including CGD, LNG, oil markets, refining, and petrochemicals
- Build financial models for transactions within the Oil & Gas space
- Prepare transaction-related presentations
- Advise clients on business development opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector
- Analyse trade flows, transaction economics, and risk factors
- Provide guidance on tie-ups, joint ventures, and alliances
- Manage and execute multiple transactions / assignments simultaneously
