Exp Required : 7 - 10 years || Pay Range : 14-18 Lacs P.A.

Role Summary : -

We are seeking an experienced  Product Manager  to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of a consumer-facing digital product. The role involves close collaboration with the Founder, CTO, and engineering teams to translate business and user needs into high-impact product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities (Product Management Only)

• Own  end-to-end product lifecycle : discovery, roadmap, execution, and launch
• Collaborate with the Founder, CTO, and Engineering  to define product vision and priorities
• Translate business and user needs into  clear product requirements
• Write  user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
• Manage and prioritize  product backlog  aligned with business goals
• Lead  agile ceremonies : sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning
• Validate product features against  user experience, usability, and business value
• Act as the  voice of the customer , ensuring intuitive and scalable solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for smooth and timely releases
