Overview : Attero Recycling Private Limited is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Attero Recycling Private Limited is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries. The company is now in process of global expansion and setting up operations in India, Europe, and North America. We are seeking enthusiastic and driven interns to join our HR team at Attero for various roles. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, community management, events coordination, and database generation in a dynamic environment.

Position Available : - HR Intern

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the recruitment team in various stages of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Assist in the posting of job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interests.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive interview experience.
  • Prepare regular reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Learn and apply basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in Employee Engagement Initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support in the form of data entry, report generation, and other HR-related tasks. Education Qualification :
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR and recruitment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
