Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Calling and CS (Customer Service) Specialist, located in Dwarka. The Patient Calling and CS Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, handling inbound inquiries, coordinating patient schedules, managing patient records, and resolving any issues or concerns patients may have. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, documenting interactions and providing support to enhance patient experience.
