Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Customer Service Engineer. The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal equipment functionality. Day-to-day tasks include delivering field service visits, addressing customer support needs, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining and servicing medical equipment efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and building positive client relationships
  • Expertise in Field Service and on-site support for equipment maintenance and performance
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for resolving technical issues effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Educational qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is beneficial
  • Experience in servicing medical imaging equipment is a plus
