Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Customer Service Engineer. The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal equipment functionality. Day-to-day tasks include delivering field service visits, addressing customer support needs, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining and servicing medical equipment efficiently and professionally.
