Job Title : Proposal Writer / Content Writer (Entry Level)

Location : Thane - Cab facility Available

Shift Timing : 07.00PM IST to 04.30AM IST (Night Shift)

Working Days : 5 Days - Onsite

Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer who has basic experience in content writing—either through an internship or at least 6 months of work experience. This role involves helping our team prepare proposal documents for government projects (State, Local, Education, and some international clients). Training will be provided, but the candidate should be comfortable reading documents carefully, organizing information, and writing clearly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and understand project requirements (RFPs / RFQs) shared by government agencies.
• Help create proposal outlines, checklists, and schedules.
• Work with senior team members to collect information needed for the proposal.
• Write and edit simple proposal sections such as company overview, process descriptions, and basic technical content.
• Format documents and make sure they follow the submission rules.
• Support the team during reviews and make changes based on feedback.
• Maintain and update content in the proposal library.
• Handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
