• Education
• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science
• Experience
• 2+ Years of relevant experience with HP Storage solutions (Allerta, Storageonce, and Scality) and SAN Switches.
• Skills Required
• Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on HPE / Scality / Brocade and S3 / NAS products.
• Knowledge on Replication technology / DR.
• Good Understanding Operating systems and Networking.
• Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Storage Area Networks, Brocade zoning and Storage Masking.
• Should be able to handle critical Incidents and able to perform root cause analysis.
• Should have experience in handling User service request and alert management.
• Experience in Unix / Linux / VMware.
• Experience in NAS / S3 Solutions.
• Experience on Virtualization.
• Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
• ITIL Awareness.
• Preferred Skills
• Any SAN / NAS storage certification.
• Experience in Unix / Linux.
• Exposure on Virtualization.
• Prior experience in banking domain with exposure to compliance requirement for various standards like PCI - DSS.
• Soft Skills
• Must have good troubleshooting skills.
• Must be ready to learn new technologies and acquire new skills.
• Must be a Team Player.

Should be good in Verbal and Written Communication
