About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver an outstanding hiring experience and partner closely with HRBPs and business this role you will shape sourcing strategies drive hiring excellence and provide valuable insights on market and talent trends.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and an organization ambassador to candidates.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing and attraction strategies based on hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers through the full recruitment cycle : sourcing assessment offer and market insights .
Ensure high-quality evidence-based recruitment practices and manage hiring projects end-to-end.
Maintain accurate recruitment data to enable insight-driven decision-making .
Recommend enhancements to recruitment processes tools and practices to strengthen Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized university.
8 12 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience preferably in IT product hiring .
Strong hands-on experience with ATS platforms; Workday preferred .
Passionate about hiring stakeholder management and relationship building.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
