Looking for an experienced

who can join us and lead our pre opening HR operations for this wellness initiative.

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Design and implement HR policies aligned with the wellness-driven culture of the organization.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and wellness-oriented workplace environment.
  • Manage payroll, compliance, and employee records with accuracy.

  • Qualification - graduate in any field.
  • Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role (preferably in pre openings, wellness, healthcare, luxury, hospitality or hotels).
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in scaling HR practices for a growing organization.
  • Passion for wellness, employee well-being, and building an empowering work culture.
