Job Title : US IT Recruiter
Experience : 3–5 Years
Location : Cyber Towers, Hyderabad
Timings : 6 : 30pm - 3 : 30am
Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Work on W2, 1099, and C2C requirements for various IT skill sets.
Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), networking, and internal databases.
Evaluate candidate qualifications against client requirements and present suitable profiles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate compensation rates and ensure compliance with US labor regulations.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants and clients.
Worked with Implementation Partners,Prime Vendors / Direct clients.
Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Managers to meet hiring goals and client needs.
Requirements :
3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in US time zones (EST / PST).
Hands-on experience with major job portals and social recruiting.
Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
