As a Control Tower Executive , you will play a key role in monitoring live orders, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchens, delivery partners, and customers. You will act as the central point of communication to ensure timely and seamless operations across all delivery touchpoints.

What We Desire from You

Experience : Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, operations, or customer coordination are welcome to apply.

Skills & Responsibilities :

• Monitor live orders and manage end-to-end control tower operations.
• Coordinate with Cook Relationship Leads for kitchen-related updates or issues.
• Liaise with Delivery Partner Leads to resolve delivery-related concerns.
• Communicate with customers regarding order delays or updates.
• Direct delivery partners to kitchens based on real-time demand.
• Demonstrate leadership, coordination, and influencing skills to achieve smooth operations.
• Exhibit strong initiative and flexibility in adapting to changes.
• Apply analytical thinking and maintain accurate operational data.
• Proficiency in Excel and operational tools is an added advantage.

Languages Known : Tamil, English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu
