You are a talented ML Engineer who likes a challenge. We are looking to build ML / AI solutions that possess the transformative power to help clients adopt ML-Ops platforms into the very fabric of what they do.

From the implementation of ML / AI into critical infrastructure, all the way through to building out the latest recommendation engine

for digital marketing; the opportunity to develop, learn and create is here. You will help support the creation of thought-provoking

solutions using the likes of Kubeflow / ML-Flow and bring a good understanding of Kubernetes to deliver ML / AL at scale, but equally you

will bring the ability to work collaboratively with clients and help lead them on their journey to reap the benefits of ML / AI.

You are a self-starter, fast-learner, and bring a high level of drive and tenacity, but are down to earth and able to connect

with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Our junior team members are always looking for role models and

you will relish the opportunity to help shape the next generation of ML / AI specialists and support building out our growing Centre of

Excellence and lead from the front.

Candidate should be proactive, problems solvers, ready to learn on their own.

Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, mainly Python

Can work across one or more of the common cloud environments Azure / AWS / GCP

Solid understanding of a ML / AI libraries and algorithms cutting across the likes of Scikit-Learn, Keras and TensorFlow

Demonstrable experience of Kubernetes, Kubeflow / ML-flow and ability to manage containerised workflows, including performance monitoring and tuning and solid understanding of ML-Ops practices to drive production model reliability and efficiency.

Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices across Machine Learning, Data Movement, Security, etc.

Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.

Passionate about building an innovative culture.

Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement

Ability to see the road ahead and design reusable code.
