Key Responsibilities :
Desktop Study and Planning :
Review and analyze available as-built drawings, GIS data, and existing utility maps.
Conduct feasibility studies and pre-survey assessments to identify project requirements.
Site Execution :
Perform GPR surveys to detect underground utilities, structures, and anomalies.
Lead field teams to ensure accurate data collection and adherence to project timelines.
Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide immediate solutions.
Data Processing and Reporting :
Process GPR data using specialized software to interpret subsurface findings.
Create detailed and accurate survey reports, including utility alignments and depth notations.
Coordinate with the CAD team to generate 2D / 3D layouts for client deliverables.
Team Leadership :
Supervise and mentor field personnel to ensure high-quality outputs.
Allocate tasks effectively and manage team performance on-site.
Theoretical and Technical Expertise :
Solve technical challenges using theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
Stay updated with advancements in GPR technology and methodologies.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) :
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate site hazards.
