Key Responsibilities :
Market Sourcing :
- Actively seek out and establish relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the open market to source business for Unsecured Lending (Business Loan) products.
- Convert these DSAs into productive channels for sustained business generation.
Client Sourcing Conversion :
Identify and source potential clients for Secured and Unsecured Lending (Business Loan) products through Channel Partners (DSAs).Engage with both Hunting and Farming DSAs to increase market share and counter share.End-to-End Process Management :
Oversee the entire loan process, from file login to disbursement, ensuring a smooth flow and timely disbursement.Handle any necessary clearance of Outstanding Charges (OTCs) and Pending Documents (PDDs).Compliance Documentation :
Maintain a strong understanding of necessary documentation and compliance standards, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and financial documents.Ensure strict adherence to company policies and guidelines throughout the loan process.Sales Funnel Management :
Ensure the efficiency of the sales funnel and maintain optimal turnaround time (TAT) from loan login to disbursement.Skills Required :
DSA Sourcing Experience : Preferable experience in sourcing and managing DSAs for Business Loan generation.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills, with a focus on being soft-spoken, persuasive, and client-focused when dealing with both clients and partners.Knowledge of Business Loans (BL) : A fair understanding of Unsecured Lending products, along with awareness of various lending models (Banking).Perks Benefits :
