Key Skills for AI-Powered Solution Deployment

Develop and deploy advanced software solutions that enhance customer experiences.

About the Role

  • Craft high-quality software integrations and features in JavaScript / TypeScript (40% of time)
  • Deploy, monitor, and fine-tune conversational agents for top HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies (60% of time)
  • Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement fixes efficiently
  • Collaborate with clients and product teams to optimize conversion metrics

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a strong startup mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Proven expertise in debugging and technical support in SaaS settings
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, specifically Node.js or browser-based development
  • Sharp analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Clear written communication with B2B clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
