The Impact You’ll Drive
- Build trusted relationships with influencer agencies and creators for smoother, faster negotiations
- Manage daily cost negotiations for campaigns, ensuring we deliver maximum value to clients
- Maintain a cost intelligence database with benchmarks by platform, creator tier, and category
- Track and report on savings, efficiencies, and negotiation wins using advanced Excel tools
- Support bulk deals and long-term rate structures with agencies alongside your lead
- Collaborate with project managers and strategists to ensure recommendations are commercially feasible
What You’ll Bring
1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, media buying, or negotiationsStrong negotiation skills and a commercial-first mindsetAdvanced proficiency in Excel for analysis, benchmarking, and reportingWorking knowledge of Generative AI tools for pricing research, workflow hacks, or prepGreat relationship-building skills with both talent managers and internal teamsPassion for the influencer ecosystem—platforms, creators, and cultureAbility to multitask across campaigns and categories in a fast-paced environment
