Role Summary

Meru Land Pvt Ltd is seeking a Creative UI / UX Designer who can take full ownership of user experience and interface design across a growing digital platform. This role requires a designer who is not only visually strong but also deeply understands usability, product flow, and scalability.

You will work closely with project management and engineering teams to convert ideas and requirements into intuitive, efficient, and high-quality user experiences. This is a hands-on role with high responsibility and fast execution expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
• Own visual consistency across the platform (typography, spacing, colors, components)
• Create and maintain scalable UI components and design systems
• Translate product requirements into clear, usable interfaces
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff
• Continuously improve usability based on feedback and iteration cycles
• Ensure designs balance aesthetics, usability, and business objectives
