Roles & Responsibilities :
Daily Outreach : Contact 100+ pages per day across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Moj, etc.
Conversion Ownership : Achieve ≥50% content creation conversion from your daily outreach list.
Creator Pipeline : Build and maintain a live tracker of pages contacted, status, and outputs.
Quality Control : Ensure creator posts meet basic brand guidelines (song usage, tags, captions, credits).
Work Setup :
WFH, flexible hours with daily fixed check-ins (AM goal-setting, PM EOD).
Communication via WhatsApp, Google Sheets
