Design Engineer – Transmission Line

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Electrical Engineering (secondary)

Experience : 3–7 years

Role Overview :

We seek a skilled Design Engineer – Transmission Line with demonstrated experience in designing transmission line towers, foundations, and gantry structures. Proficiency in industry-standard design software and strong knowledge of transmission line engineering are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct route selection, including surveys and technical feasibility assessments.

Prepare profiles, sag, and tension charts compliant with project and regulatory standards.

Develop and review engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Ensure designs meet all safety and quality standards.

Required Skills :

3–7 years’ experience in Transmission Line Design.

Proficiency in PLS CADD software.

Strong technical expertise in route engineering, structural design, and foundation systems.

Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Mandatory Skills :

Tower Profiling (transmission line towers)

Route Selection (transmission line towers)

PLS-CADD software proficiency
