Your Role / Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in SAP SD HANA implementations and support projects.
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules including Sales Order Management, Pricing, and Billing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FICO, PP) for seamless integration.
- Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues in SD processes and provide ongoing support for system enhancements.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
