We are seeking a creative and proactive

Marketing Specialist

to enhance our brand visibility and establish us as the go-to partner for EOR, staffing, and recruitment services in the UAE.

Location : - Bengaluru or Noida (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation & Strategy :

Develop and execute compelling content strategies that resonate with our target audience, showcasing our expertise in EOR, staffing, and recruitment services.

Digital Advertising Campaigns :

Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns and digital ads to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

SEO & Google Ads Management :

Implement and oversee SEO strategies and Google Ads campaigns to ensure consistent first-page rankings on Google and increased online visibility.

Brand Positioning :

Utilize strategic marketing techniques, including reverse psychology, to position our company as a solution provider rather than just another service vendor.

Graphic Design & Artwork :

Create visually appealing artwork and graphics for digital campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Newsletter & Campaign Management :

Design and distribute engaging newsletters and campaigns to keep our audience informed and engaged.

Competitive Analysis :

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve execution.

Sales Support :

Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful presentations and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.

Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically.

Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
