Position : Architect Assistant to Managing Director (MD)

Location : Pune / Mumbai (with travel flexibility)

Commitment : Long term (8 - 10 years growth pathway)

Role Purpose

We are seeking a bright and committed Architect Assistant to work directly with our Managing Director, Er. Milind Rode, at Meta Arch Pvt. Ltd. This is not just a role, it is an apprenticeship under personal mentorship, leading into leadership of pathbreaking projects such as Patened Concept of Hexa City, high end redevelopments, and international collaborations.

The right candidate will combine intelligence, creativity, loyalty, and devotion to the very important subject of city building , a mission that holds significance not just for our country, but for humanity as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside with the MD & his core confidante on core design and strategic projects (Hexa City, cluster redevelopments & various prestigious institutional projects).
• Prepare, refine, and present drawings, renderings, and design proposals with clarity and confidence.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data, client discussions, and company IP.
• Assist the MD & his core confidante in preparing presentations for government bodies, investors, and international forums, ensuring high quality articulation.
• Shadow the MD in meetings, site visits, and negotiations, recording accurate notes and ensuring follow through.
• Coordinate between the MD, the internal design team, and external consultants.
• Embody the ethos of loyalty, discipline, and devotion to the larger vision of transformative architecture.
