Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Package Sales Consultant located in New Delhi. The Holiday Package Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling holiday packages to clients, providing excellent customer service, consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining client relationships, advising on travel options, and generating sales reports.

Qualifications

  • 3yrs or above experience in B2C Holiday Package Sales and Consulting
  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
