Position Title - Operations Manager - AI & Livelihood Programs.
Programs - AILivelihood | TTT College (K14) | TTT & Student K12 Teachers School | Bootcamp.
Location: Gorakhpur & Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
Role Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end operational management of AI-enabled livelihood, teacher training, and bootcamp programs across Gorakhpur and Prayagraj.
The role focuses on smooth program delivery, beneficiary lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, compliance, and achievement of training and livelihood/placement outcomes.
Key Operations:
- Manage day-to-day operations of AI-Livelihood, TTT (K14 & K12), and Bootcamp programs.
- Ensure timely batch launches, training delivery, assessments, and certifications.
- Implement SOPs, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
Livelihood & Placement Outcomes:
- Align training programs with employability and livelihood outcomes.
- Coordinate with placement, industry, schools, and institutional partners.
- Track placements, teaching assignments, internships, or self-employment outcomes.
Faculty & Trainer Management:
- Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and performance of trainers and master trainers.
- Ensure Training of Trainers (ToT) implementation and academic quality.
Student / Beneficiary Management:
- Oversee beneficiary lifecycle from mobilization to certification and placement.
- Ensure engagement, retention, and grievance resolution.
Mobilization & Outreach:
- Support enrollment drives, outreach programs, and awareness sessions.
- Work with schools, colleges, NGOs, and community partners to meet targets.
Stakeholder & Compliance:
- Act as the local SPOC for partners, donors, and institutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and CSR/donor guidelines.
- Maintain MIS, documentation, and periodic reports.
Team & Center Management:
- Lead operations coordinators and center teams.
- Oversee training center infrastructure, labs, and resources.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education, Social Sciences, Technology, or related field.
- 8-10 year's experience in skill development, livelihood, education, or CSR programs.
- Multi-location operations experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel between Gorakhpur and Prayagraj.
- Experience with CSR/government/donor-funded projects is an advantage.
