Job descriptionManage procurement activities for E&I materials, instruments, cables, control systems, and related equipment. Review and interpret technical specifications, material requisitions, and datasheets in coordination with the E&I engineering team. Identify and qualify vendors based on technical capability, quality, and delivery performance. Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages and conduct commercial bid evaluations . Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up for manufacturing, inspection, and delivery. Coordinate with logistics, inspection, and expediting teams to ensure on-time delivery to offshore or fabrication sites. Maintain and update the procurement schedule and material tracking reports. Ensure compliance with project procurement procedures, HSE policies, and ethical standards . Liaise with finance for vendor payment processing and PO closure. Proficiency in ERP / procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
