Principal Product Manager

Job descriptionResponsible for driving the execution and roadmap for Netskope security products to protect users, applications and services including generative AI / ML applications. Translate customer business needs into product strategy and technology requirements as part of MRD and PRD Develop, manage and communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders Takes ownership working with the broader team to ensure high-quality deliverables Ensure optimal user experiences for end users by working closely with UX / UI designer and development teams on workflows, look-and-feel Develop compelling sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams Collaborate with AI / ML engineers to integrate, validate model outputs, accuracy and safety guardrails. Create financial, market, and other analytical models to guide product pricing and go-to-market decisions Maintain competitive matrix and competitive intelligence materials including hands-on product testing
Job Requirements :
- 7+ years in product management
- 5+ years in the cloud network security or related markets
- Experience in security and networking products dealing with threats such as Secure Web Gateway, IPS, heuristics and machine learning for threat detection
- Knowledge of LLMs, GenAI frameworks like OWASP LLM T10, MITRE ATLAS
- Experience bringing to market AI / ML-based products is an advantage.
- Experience in user behavior analytics products
- Self motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Very strong (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills leading and contributing to cross-functional teams
- Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects / deliverables
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required
- BS / BA in Computer Science or business required, MS or MBA preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% (to USA, domestic customer / trade shows)
